Fired Patent Attorney Loses Age Discrimination Suit
Monday, October 02, 2006 --- A senior patent attorney who was fired for
sexual harassment in 2002 lost a suit on Friday brought against his former
employer that alleged age discrimination and unlawful retaliation for accusing
the company’s deputy general counsel of age discrimination.

On Oct. 31, Bennett was fired for allegedly sexually harassing a woman in
the company’s customer service department by anonymously sending her
poems.
