You've probably noticed I've been keeping things quiet. Main reason is I've been working really hard. I just got back from vacation, after winning a huge motion that has brought all of my litigation work all-stop hard. Plus, things aren't so blogging friendly at work lately, so I've had to keep my blogging to a minimum. Not to mention that there isn't much newsworthy or striking to report on.
